I'm Charlotte - a Lancashire woman (living in Yorkshire), a mum, wife and businesswoman.
 

After working for some fantastic SMEs in a variety of roles (I always ended up being a bit of everything - from marketing to finance to HR!), I decided I had the experience and knowledge to set up in business. I'd always wanted to work for myself so, with an aptitude for writing and design, I set up a marketing agency - offering anything that people asked me to do! I operated this way for 5 years - helping clients around the North West to grow.

In 2018 my 1st daughter arrived, followed in 2022 by my 2nd daughter. It's fair to say that they took over my world but I have now found a happy balance between motherhood and running a business... and I am ready to help new clients with their communication and design needs.

I know what I can do well and, equally, the aspects of business I enjoy working around the most - and the specialist services I offer reflect this well. I am no longer operating as a 'marketing agency'. Instead, I am me - Charlotte Thomas. It is me that you will work with, me that will buy into your business and also me that I hope you will buy into!
